Baltica

On Friday we didn't have class and an excursion had been organized for our whole program to visit the Baltica factory. Baltica is the most popular brand of beer in Russia and the factory is the largest beer factory in Europe. There was a cold area for mash and a hot area that we had to walk through where they were making beer. I thought I would faint! After the tour our guide took us to a room where they had all the types of beer that baltica makes available to try. I hadn't eaten anything yet that day and some of the boys on the trip drank really fast. Before I knew it we were all singing "The Spirit of Aggieland." The beer was actually really tasty. The consensus was that Baltica's Tuborg Black was the best.
